The Project & Change Management Collaborators are hosting this event on March 11, 2015 from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.. While good project management is absolutely necessary, it is not sufficient to ensure successful implementation AND adoption of the change. In this workshop PCMC will explore the normal, natural human dynamics of change and discuss the leadership mindset, tool set and skill set needed to overcome resistance, generate commitment versus compliance, and optimize project momentum.
