SAA summer hours 2025

To best utilize resources, in-person service at the Student Account Assistance (SAA) window will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, between May 27 and August 22, 2025. Virtual service remains available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

One Stop holiday staffing

One Stop offices (One Stop, GSSP, SAA, Third-Party Billing, & UVS) will only be offering remote service options December 27-29. All service options, including in-person, will resume when staff return to the office on January 2.

Office of Admissions closed June 20

The Office of Admissions and their Welcome Centers (240 Williamson Hall and 200 Jones Hall) will be closed on Monday, June 20 in observance of Juneteenth. This closure will allow staff to participate in community events and development opportunities. Signage will be posted at the end of the day on Friday, June 17 and messaging will be posted on their website.

Building hours update

As we approach the beginning of Fall semester on campus, our building hours have been updated:
  • Bruininks: the North doors (closest to Appleby):
    • Public hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • University hours (staff and students with U Card) are 6:00 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
  • Fraser: the front doors (along Pleasant St. SE):
    • Public hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • University hours (staff and students with U Card) are 6:00 a.m. - 10p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Williamson: beginning September 7, the SW doors (looking out on Pillsbury Dr):
    • Public hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • University hours (staff and students with U Card) are 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
This is a reminder to be mindful of anyone following behind you into staff areas, as people will now be able to enter our buildings without a U Card.
