Senior Vice President Myron Frans sent out an email regarding the Metropolitan Councils investigation of recent gas leaks and odors in the sewer along University Avenue and 4th Street. If you smell gasoline-like odors inside or outside of your building, please contact 612-624-2677 and also notify your supervisor, Carin, and Megan (asrcentral@umn.edu).
Facilities Management is cooperating with the investigation into this matter, which is being led by the Metropolitan Council of Environmental Services (MCES) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA).
