Paradigm contract signed

The Office of the Registrar recently concluded an RFP for a diploma processing and fulfillment vendor, and the ASR project team (OTR, AppDev, UX) is kicking off implementation activities now with Paradigm. We will be moving away from “in house” fulfillment and mailing of diplomas and will definitely be looking forward to our vendor solution as we package and mail over 2,500 diplomas this week and next! Paradigm will also be replacing Parchment as our digital credential provider. Parchment will, however, continue to provide transcripts. We are anticipating that the implementation work will conclude in early March 2024.
