- Benefits-eligible faculty and staff can access well-being and counseling support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- The EAP also provides legal help. 24-hour emergency legal services and impactful event resources are also available if you have legal concerns.
- The University’s medical program covers mental health services, which offers both in-person and virtual care options.
- The Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing offers free virtual Mindful Mondays sessions.
