On May 1, 2024, several of the following ASR teams began utilizing a
shared work request process:
- Student Data Analytics
- ASR Application Development
- Data Engineering
- Jadu/Workflows
- Projects
The new process combines the existing Projects, Jadu, and Application Development request forms, and adds in centrally-managed triage for the Data Engineering and Student Data Analytics teams. We hope the changes simplify the process for new users without impacting those familiar with these work request processes.
