Document storage and Google Drive clean-up

As a reminder, please routinely clean up any Google groups you manage, drives, or documents you own to ensure staff who are no longer in ASR have access to them. We also ask that you regularly clean out your email inboxes by deleting old messages and emptying your trash. This makes sure that we are not saving any FERPA related information unless it’s needed.
