E2 Survey available on October 12

On October 12, all faculty and staff systemwide will receive this year's employee engagement survey from the Hay Group. The survey will take staff and faculty about 10 minutes to complete and the results will be made available in early 2016. ASR uses these results to create annual action plans to address employee concerns and build on strengths. A message earlier this week from UMN President Eric Kaler encouraged staff to participate and provide feedback about their work experience at the University.
