The Graduate Planning and Audit System (GPAS) is a new tool that allows graduate students and their advisors to view student degree progress in real-time and approve planned coursework. In addition, the GPAS audit is used for degree clearance processed by the Graduate Education Records Team in the Office of the Registrar.
To date, the GPAS team has mapped, coded, and built 770 plans, subplans, and minors. The team continues to support CEHD, who went live with the new system in April 2015, and will soon launch this tool for the following colleges and programs:
- MBA is live as of September 6, 2016
- CSOM will go live on October 3, 2016
- CVM will go live on November 7, 2016
Beginning September 16, the Graduate Education Records Team in the Office of the Registrar will take over exceptions processing for CEHD students. For more information, visit the the GPAS project website.
