ASR Staff Engagement February 11 Survey

The pandemic has posed many challenges regarding how we communicate at work. This week’s ASR Staff Engagement Survey 2/11/2021 reflects on how we are currently managing interpersonal communication and absorbing new information. Thank you for continuing to share your stories and experiences.

The results from the January 28 survey revealed, perhaps unsurprisingly, that all respondents experienced a change in their daily routine because of the pandemic, with most reporting that their daily routines have changed drastically. Results also indicated that most anticipate a ‘new normal’ going forward in 2021 and beyond. There was a relatively even split regarding tech issues after the start of working from home, with most reporting that they have not experienced a tech issue or that they did experience a tech issue, but it didn’t disrupt their work.

Finally, we had lots of interesting responses about your favorite comfort foods during the winter. Soup was by far the most popular response, which included chicken wild rice and chicken dumpling soup, beer cheese soup, potato leek soup, and navy bean and ham soup. Mac and cheese was the second most popular response with pizza coming in a close third.

We had lots of responses in the last survey. Thank you all so much! We are grateful for your input! The results from the last survey are available below.
