I am pleased to announce that Nate Peterson and Julie Selander will begin using updated working titles of Executive Director. These working titles reflect the marketplace and are common at other large institutions. Additionally, the working title change is parallel to the title used in the Twin Cities Undergraduate Admissions Office. This change is only to their working titles and does not impact job codes, responsibilities, or pay.
As we have reviewed these titles, we anticipate that we may want to make updates to a small number of other working titles in ASR. While we expect that very few titles will change, we want to make sure we are providing market competitive and clear titles as much as possible. Any changes will be the result of a careful review by me, in partnership with the unit leaders in ASR.
