ASR-branded Google presentations have been created for each unit. They are available in the "ASR Google Presentation and PowerPoint Templates" folder. (They can also be accessed via the ASR intranet.) The templates are similar to the PowerPoint templates, but they can be edited by several people at once just like a regular Google Document.

Quoting 101
When you quote someone in writing, what is the correct order of punctuation marks? Here's the rule: periods and commas go inside the quotes. (Example: When I asked her what she wanted to do, she said, "I'd like to go to the park.") Semicolons and colons, on the other hand, go outside the quotation marks. New mass email template
University Relations recently released a new mass email template. The template is compatible with multiple screen sizes, from mobile to desktop. Guidelines for using the template are also available.

Health and safety at work

Summer movies in the garden
Grab some popcorn and soft drinks! The University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum will be showing family-friendly movies in July and August. The films include The Mighty Ducks on July 11 and Miracle on August 8. Movies are free with gate admission. For more information, click here.
