Need a communicator? Just email the communications team at asrcomm@umn.edu. You can still use the communications request system on the ASR website to open a ticket if you wish, but just sending an email to this account will open a ticket for you in two shakes. The team created this account in anticipation of the impending transition to ServiceNow, but you can start using it right away.
