A cross-functional team of ASR staff and several other staff from the University community will spearhead a project team focused on how the upcoming ESUP student portal will deliver student-business-oriented functionality. Sounds like an easy task, but with so much student business performed in many different locations (e.g., the One Stop websites on each campus, Moodle, housing and residential life) and with having so many different audiences (e.g., types of students, general public, academic advisers) the team will have to balance many different objectives.They will determine what processes and information will remain static on One Stop website, what processes will occur in the portal, and what information should be standardized across campuses, among other things.
