The pilot for the integration of our new eforms tool, Jadu Perceptive Content Portal, has begun! The pilot, run by OIT, will go through March. ASR is working with OIT and process owners to transition the following forms: Change of Expected Graduation Term, Cost of Attendance Appeal, and Tuition Refund Appeal. These will go live in February. After a review period, the new system will be open for enterprise-wide usage in May/June.
After the pilot, and assuming all goes well, ASR will continue creating new forms with this system. Many existing processes/forms are under consideration (to see what has already been submitted for prioritization, view the Project & Work Facilitation backlog). If you’d like to request a process be added to the list, contact your unit director.
