New! Destiny One - Salesforce integration

Working together with OIT, the Destiny One and Custom Solutions teams have delivered the first live integration between Destiny One (non-credit registration system) and Salesforce (constituent relationship management software). The aim of this project was to allow colleges that use both systems see a record of students' non-credit activity alongside their broader interactions with the University in Salesforce. In the first phase of this project, we focused on integrating data for the College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS). Next, the project team is looking to expand this to other colleges. This integration creates new opportunities for service to students.
