ASR is bringing back the summer picnic on Thursday, July 28 with multiple in-person events. The day will start with our All-Staff Assembly at 9:00 a.m. in Tate Hall room B50. Vice Provost and Dean, Undergraduate Education, Bob McMaster will be speaking at the assembly.
Following the All-Staff Assembly, units will have team time and a photographer to take professional headshot photos. These photos will be used in the future ASR staff directory and can be used for LinkedIn, your Google photo, etc. Afterwards, we will walk to the grassy courtyard behind Williamson Hall and Nolte Hall for the picnic, where there will be live music and food! If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring lawn chairs and yard games to share.
Catered box lunches will be provided at 11:30 a.m. A form will be sent out by the end of this week for food choices. The form will need to be completed by the end of next week on Friday, July 22.
