ASR Staff Engagement August 25 Survey

This week’s ASR Staff Engagement Survey August 25, 2022 examines demographic data of ASR staff. Thank you for continuing to share your stories and experiences.

According to last week’s survey related to burnout, 40% of staff feel they sometimes have energy after a day of work, followed by 28.6% who have a moderate amount of energy, and 25.7% who have little to no energy after work. Concerning mental health discussions at work, most (42.9%) say that they sometimes feel comfortable discussing mental health at work depending on who they are talking to, followed by 34.3% who are comfortable discussing mental health at work.

When asked about your understanding of EAP benefits, 25.7% report not having a clear understanding of what is available to them. Finally, when asked about your least favorite household chore, dusting received the most votes (20.6%), followed by washing dishes (17.6%), vacuuming (14.7%), and doing laundry (14.7%).
