Are you interested in joining the ASR DEI Committee?

The ASR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee was formed to better understand diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and how they could be integrated throughout ASR. The committee is currently seeking enthusiastic new members who will further its mission of providing a welcoming environment for all. At this time, we are gauging staff interest in the committee and intend to onboard new members in fall 2024.

Committee members:

• Participate in weekly 1-hour committee meetings.
• Occasionally contribute 1-2 hours of weekly committee work outside of the meeting time. (Additional time may be needed depending on committee project work.)
• Participate in discussions and openly share feedback, thoughts, and ideas with the team.
• Serve as a liaison for your unit by bringing information from the committee meetings to colleagues in your unit, and also request input and ideas from your unit and bring that back to the committee.
