CPR/AED Familiarization training opportunities

University Health and Safety offers a monthly free one-hour class that teaches you what to do in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. You will learn hands-only CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This class is not for professional certification, but provides the fundamental knowledge to help save a life in an emergency.
