International Pronouns Day

International Pronouns Day is celebrated on October 15. Though the official day has passed, it is important to observe pronouns awareness year-round. Using correct pronouns is a cornerstone of affirming human dignity and fostering a culture of support and respect in the workplace. Misgendering impacts everyone, particularly transgender and gender non-conforming colleagues, including members of the Two-Spirit community. These observances are a reminder of our collective responsibility to make a daily effort to be respectful, inclusionary, and support all of our communities while cultivating a healthy workplace culture.
