PDR requests working again
The PDR requests system has been fixed. All ASR Staff can once again submit and process requests as normal. Requests that were submitted or acted on since April 20 are being manually routed to their correct locations. Contact Eric Eklund with questions.
ASR Staff Appreciation event
The ASR staff picnic will again include a fundraiser to raise money for an ASR fund to support students. Staff are encouraged to begin brainstorming or crafting any items that they would like to donate to this year’s effort. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.
Campus buildings begin transition from heating to cooling
With warmer temperatures upon us, Facilities Management is making changes to prepare campus buildings for summer -- a process that takes several weeks. See more Facilities Management updates.
Imaging Unit transitioned to Salesforce
The Imaging Unit completed their transition to Salesforce on April 19. Any emails sent to asrfiles@umn.edu will now create a case in Salesforce and the sender will receive an autoreply from OTR indicating that the message was received and that staff will follow up. If you need to reassign tickets from ServiceNow to the Imaging unit, you will now need to forward emails to asrfiles@umn.edu to create a case in Salesforce.
ASR Spring Cleaning
The annual ASR cleaning afternoon will be held on May 19. From noon until 4:30 p.m. staff are encouraged to spend their time cleaning their cubicles or inboxes! Cleaning supplies will be available, as well as hampers to recycle office products and non-confidential paper products.
Elevator alert
Facilities Management has reported that the Williamson Hall elevators will be out of service for emergency repairs on April 28 and 29. This is a short-term fix to keep the elevator running until Facilities Management does the full rebuild in June.
