Salary Variances

You may have noticed differences between your salary letters from HR and the information in MyU. This is caused by a discrepancy in the way that that salary increases are calculated inside of and out of the PeopleSoft system that didn’t allow for the flexibility to enter flat amounts. If you notice a difference, please contact your manager to verify the correct information.
