It is time to review your Individual Development Plan (IDP)! Supervisors should be scheduling a review of your IDP in February and IDPs are updated in April. Now is also the time to start looking ahead to annual reviews. Start looking at your goals, progress, and accomplishments for the rating period.
If you are new to ASR or have not completed an IDP before, speak with your supervisor for more information. The IDP template can be found on the ASR intranet, in the “Quick links” sidebar to the right.
